The Gourmet Kitchen & Studio was started by Executive Chef Harsh Shodhan in the year 2012 from his home. Within a short span of 18 months, as work exploded, the kitchen shifted to a professional set up, from where we currently operate.
Chef Harsh's philosophy is -
' Food should seduce all 5 senses - firstly sight, secondly smell, next the sense of hearing, then touch and finally taste '. Chef Harsh endeavours to make vegetarian food stylish, gourmet and innovative such that it appeals to all age groups and all palettes.
